Building Material Industrial Need to Keep Away the Risk of Law When Entering the International Market(2009/7/16)

Building Material enterprises sometimes encounter the Gaps in the contract and the delinquent accounts during the intercourse of the international economy. And recently, under the effect of international financial crisis, there are many domestic enterprises suffer losses from the foreigners.

On some items of commerce and technology, the whole contract is good. But the contract should be carried out according to the local law. Sometimes, there exists some gaps in law, if the dispute occurs, the domestic enterprise will suffer the losses. The loss caused by the inappropriate preventation from law risk in the international contract is large, even tens of millions.

Chen Zhangshui, the deputy to the National People's Congress, said, the Chinese enterprise as a fresh man in the international market, can not stand such a risk. It is necessary to set up International Legal Advice Department, hiring senior legal advisers from different countries to help the enterprise keep away the risk and make sure the safety for the international trade.

To the difficulty the medium and small enterprises now face, Chen Zhangshui suggest adopting active helpful measure. It can relieve the burden of the enterprises through reducing the revenue or tax-free.
