The Products exported to Saudi Arabia must be marked "Made in China"(2009/7/8)

According to the latest warning, the customs of Saudi Arabia stipulates that, the products exported there should be marked or pasted the original country by the way can not be moved. And the packing carton also should be printed the original country, otherwise, the details of Certificate of Original should be accordant. If the goods is found not marked the original country after arriving at Saudi, it will be sent back to the shipping port directly without any notice, and the fee is accounted on the consigner. At present, this stipulation is valid, it needs the attention of the export enterprise.

Saudi Arabia is one of our important export countries in the Middle-east area. Therefore, the disease inspection bureaus suggest all the related export enterprise should pay much attention on this stipulation and the examination on the mark when signing a contract, this can avoid the goods returned because of not marked "Made in China". Especially, the effect of the international financial crisis is not optimistic, the problem of mark can be the excuse of the foreign customers refusing the goods or even claiming for compensation. It leads to the unnecessary loss.
