South America Zimbabwe on unprocessed timber tax levied by 20%(5/25/2010)
According to South America, Zimbabwe National News Center News, Zimbabwe's parliament has passed a motion on the export of unprocessed timber levy 20% tax.
After initial processing of timber will be charged for 15 of tax revenue through the deep processing of timber is no need to pay any tax.
The bill also prohibits the export of unprocessed hardwoods in Zimbabwe, only the processed products, such as wood furniture will be allowed duty-free exports
