To celebrate the 50th anniversary, italian company Casalgrande Padana cooperated with the Japanese architect Kengo Kuma a project named "Casalgrande ceramic Cloud", which is a combination of architecture and land art.
This project is a three-dimensional architecture, using the latest ceramic products. In this architecture, 40 meters long, 7 meters high ,special smooth ceramictile in large size was installed in the metal rack.
This building was housed in a 28,000 m long public green area, close to the company's production base. The project is the first project that invited the Japanese architect Casalgrande to design in Italy. In addition, there is another project in progress, which is expected to be completed by next summer.
In 2010, in the Milan Design Week, Casalgrande Padana will display Casalgrande's model work ---- ceramic cloud.
