International demand is blooming, exports of Quanzhou, Fujian Ceramics are doubled (3/16/2010)

This year, Quanzhou, Fujian Ceramics continue of the good momentum of rapid growth in exports in 2009. From January to February exported porcelain were tested 741 batches of 12.916 million U.S. dollars, respectively, year on year growth of 152.04% and 142.37%, mainly exported to the United States, the European Union and Japan, more than 50 countries and regions.

According to Research and Analysis Bureau, Quanzhou export ceramics for daily use there are four main reasons for substantial growth

First, the international demand is blooming. Second, the upgrading of products is fast. Third, benefit from cooperation in cultural and creative and the cooperation with Taiwan. Fourth, the ability to deal with international trade technical barriers is improved.

At present, Quanzhou ceramics for daily use are trying to defuse the financial crisis, showing export "good start" in a good trend, it is predicted that the annual export volume will reach 80 million U.S. dollars.
